Captain America: Civil War is exactly what happens in the film. A Civil War breaks out in the Avengers on a question of over-site and regulation. This happens after a mission in Lagos, Nigeria causes collateral damage. Where they were trying to recover a biological weapon. The Avengers who are for regulation and over-site are Iron Man(Robert Downey Jr), Black widow (Scarlett Johansson) and James Rhodes(Don Cheadle). The Avengers against regulation are Captain America(Chris Evans), Sam Wilson(Anthony Rogers), Scarlet Witch(Elizabeth Olsen) and Clint Barton(Jeremy Renner). There is a big battle between in a big air base in Germany and is focused on one person the winter soldier Bucky (Sebastian Stan). He is wanted in connection with an explosion at a UN meeting. This is were they talking about over-site and regulation of the Avengers. The people who did not sign the treaty for over-site were told to lay low and do nothing. Captain America refuses to do it and when he hears about the bombing goes on an investigation. Captain America finds Bucky, questions him shortly and believes his innocence and helps him get away from a bunch of special forces units. This puts him against Iron Man who wants him arrested.

The acting was good. You could really see dissent in the characters over regulation and over-site. It was quite believable that Iron Man and Captain America could come to blows over the situation they were in. One of best characters in Captain America: Civil War was on Iron Man's team and he is spiderman(Tom Holland). During the battle he has some comedic dialogue which was quite entertaining. He was being nice asking how people were while dodging incoming objects and using his web spray to tie people up and throw objects at people. So when Iron Man rebuked him for the niceties Spiderman tried to start a conversation with Iron Man about how he was doing and all Iron Man wanted him to do and he was quite vocal about it was shut up.

The Locations were good. You had a busy Lagos for some of the early scenes in the film. The location of Lagos intensified the action that was happening. You then had a cool atmosphere of Berlin where UN meeting was happening. The atmosphere in the location made it look that nothing but talks and signing things was going to happen. So when the bomb blew up at UN meeting there is shock all around the place. You could feel the fear and surprise on the survivors faces. There is all the sorrow and anger when people learn some close to some one has died. The Atmosphere of Berlin was recreated for the airbase in Germany. When you first see it think it is going to be a quick into plane out to their destination but as said earlier it becomes a battleground. The last location is the cold land of Siberia. This place was vast and see Captain America and a few other people going into a laboratory. It was quite spacious and every inch of space was used when the fighting started.

Overall Captain America: Civil War is an entertaining film and for over 2 hours you do not fill tired or bored.
